The all new Acer C7 Chromebook is a very interesting low cost Chromebook coming at a prices lower than the Samsung ARM-based Chromebook. Additionally to the 320GB HDD it comes with 100GB Cloud Storage from Google. Nothing special portwise but it delivers the ports one would expect from a laptop (except the lacking SD-Card slot).

ASUS Chromebook C200 (-DS01), 11.6", 1133gm
An incredibly good value Chromebook with style and battery life on its side. It's silent too. The Baytrail-M procesing platform has it's limits so if you're into serious web-application usage you might want to look at the Acer C720 running on the Haswell-architechture platform but for casual use it's quick and easy-going. Chromebooks have their limits but the list of issues get shorter as time goes by.
